Lis Wiehl is an American writer and legal analyst who was formerly a Fox News analyst.
She was an adjunct professor of Law in New York Law School and was previously Associate Professor at the University of Washington Law School. She's provided legal commentaries for National Public Radio and Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She appears weekly presenter on The O'Reilly Factor. The Kelly File The Kelly File with Megyn Kelly. Wiehl is an Yakima resident who graduated from West Valley High School. She graduated with a bachelor's diploma from Barnard College in 1983, a Master of Arts in Literature at the University of Queensland in 1985, and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1987.
Wiehl had been an US Attorney. She also worked as a NPR legal correspondent. She was the assistant chief investigator counsel to Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee in Clinton's impeachment. She was a tenured professor in laws in the University of Washington School of Law, Seattle from 1995-2001 as well as the director of an organization called the Trial Advocacy Program. The analyst was with Fox News from 2001 until 2017.
